Welcome to the Help Center of TourYoo which will help you, our valued Customers, Service Providers, Drivers, and Delivery Providers, as well as Stores, Vendors, and Restaurants to receive support in relation to the services that you receive or offer from this multi-service solution.
We have 3 different Apps: TourYoo (black), TourYoo Driver/Provider (blue), and TourYoo Partner/Store (green)
1.) The black TourYoo App is for our Customers, Users, who want to take a service, order food, or whatever our Providers, and Partners are offering near their location.
2.) The blue TourYoo Driver/Provider App is for our Service Providers, and Drivers, who provide over 100 types of different services through the User App (like car drivers, delivery service providers, tour guides, plumbers, hairdressers, technicians, etc.).
3.) The green TourYoo Partner/Store App is for our vendors, the Stores, Pharmacists, Bakeries, Grocery shops, and Restaurants, where the Customers can order from during their operation time, and get it delivered to their homes, or to the beach where they want to get the order received.
Let’s discuss the registration first. Register with the app you want to use it from. You can also become a User and a Partner as well, which makes sense, as even if you are a Provider of a service, or an owner of a Restaurant, you have also different needs that can be easily satisfied from your TourYoo User App. Once you are registered, you can easily login into your app by providing your details like your email address and your password.
Next, when you enter the app, you can select the service you need from it, provide details of your location, book the services and thereafter within some time get the service at your location from our trusted providers.
Finally, you, that is to say, our customers, providers/providers, restaurants/stores can give a rating and review which in turn will help us understand your overall satisfaction while using this multi-service app. Like having a Swiss Army Knife of Travelling in your pocket.
